These are replacement nano cartridges for the Dr. Pen HydraPen H3 Pro, supplied in a pack of 10. Nano tips don't pierce the skin the way a needle cartridge does — they create micro-channels at the surface, which makes them the gentlest option in the range and the one most often used for serum infusion and for skin that can't tolerate deeper treatment.

About the HydraPen H3
The HydraPen is a containable-cartridge device: serum is held in the cartridge and released into the skin automatically as you work, so you don't have to stop and reapply. That improves both the consistency and the efficiency of the treatment.
